About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Asset Desk app, website and account service. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Asset Desk.
Your account
- You sign in with your own Discord account and are responsible for what happens under it.
- Do not share, sell or lend your account or Premium access.
- Keep your Roblox cookie and API keys private. Asset Desk stores them only on your PC.
Using Asset Desk
You may not:
- Attack, overload or try to get around the limits of our servers.
- Reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its keys.
- Use Asset Desk to break the law or the Roblox Terms of Use.
Assets and content
Asset Desk helps you work with assets in your own places. You are responsible for the assets you download and upload, and for having the right to use them. Uploaded assets become new assets owned by the account or group you choose. Respect other creators' work and follow Roblox's rules for uploaded content.
Premium and keys
- Premium is activated with a key for a set number of days. Time starts when the key is redeemed and new keys add to the time you have left.
- Plans, prices and payment terms will be published before Premium goes on sale.
- Free accounts get a daily upload credit. The amount can change.
Availability
We work to keep Asset Desk running, but it can be unavailable at times, and it depends on Roblox services that can change without notice. Features may be added, changed or removed.
Ending access
You can stop using Asset Desk at any time. We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these terms or harm the service or other users.
No warranty
Asset Desk is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost places, account actions taken by third parties, or indirect damages from using it. Keep backups of your places.
